The building
A round house with a glass ceiling
The center's architecture is the work of the bureau Fursov Architects: an unusual round shape and plenty of overhead light. Inside are five halls for classes, an exhibition area, event venues and a hall for 300 people.

Once a year
Nine Senses Fest
An international festival of spiritual and body practices: yoga, meditation, meetings and concerts. According to press reports, in the fall of 2023 it was decided to hold the festival at Sea Breeze every year.
As of 18.09.2026 there are no dates for the next festival in open sources. The center publishes the program itself; check by phone.
