Events
Exhibitions, art meetings, concerts, retreats and corporate formats — this is what the center's exhibition area and hall for 300 people are for.
Festival
Nine Senses Fest
An international festival of spiritual and body practices. The program includes yoga, meditation and traditional practices; it was covered by AZERTAC, Zerkalo and other outlets.
In the fall of 2023 the press reported that it had been decided to hold the festival at Sea Breeze every year. The festival's separate program is published on the center's website.
As of 18.09.2026 there are no dates for the nearest festival in open sources — we do not invent them.

ANIMA and the photo studio
On October 28, 2023, the digital animation studio ANIMA with an exhibition of animation miniatures and the art photography and mobile photography studio of Ilkin Zafarli opened at the center.
There is a single source — a news item from the Sea Breeze resort. Whether the studios operate today cannot be said from open data.

A branch in the city
A city branch; per the announcement on the official website it opened “from February 1” (the year is not given in the announcement). Lectures, exhibitions and sales of art, art therapy, tea ceremonies, hang-playing lessons, trainings and coaching sessions, a film club, contemporary dance, snacks from Vida cafe.
The center's announcement says “from February 1” without a year, so we do not specify the opening date of the city branch.
